Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:00:00]:

How often do you change the oil in your car?

Len Arcuri [00:00:02]:

Right.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:00:02]:

Well, just tell me.

Len Arcuri [00:00:03]:

Supposed to do it like every six months, something like that.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:00:05]:

Yeah. What if you never change it? What's going to happen to your car's engine? Eventually?

Len Arcuri [00:00:09]:

Yeah, it's going to burn out.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:00:10]:

Yeah. Because, you know, the oil, it gets dirty, it's thick, it clogs up your components and the engine is going to fail. Well, that's how your blood should be changed or cleaned frequently because a lot of toxins and pathogens we get from the environment, vaccinations, adjuvants, poisonous food, the poisonous air, chemtrails, all the medication. People urinate in the water, atrazine in the water, you name it. So the body, it can't filter all that out, so you have to physically take it out of the body. And that's what IBU does.

Len Arcuri [00:00:46]:

If you're a parent of a child with autism, you are being called to rise with love, courage and clarity. This journey isn't easy and most parents aren't equipped, but you can be. This podcast is your invitation to rise higher because how you navigate matters. I'm Len and this is Autism Parenting Secrets, where you become the parent your child needs now.

Len Arcuri [00:01:11]:

Hello and welcome to Autism Parenting Secrets. It's Len and I'm coming to you from the Autism Health Summit in San Diego, California. And the topic for this episode, we're going to hit a few topics, but EBOO is something that that's coming up as a therapy, an intervention, and I think a lot of parents have been asking about it to better understand it. And here one of the speakers at this event is Dr. Philip Yu, who is here to talk about Eboo along with other topics. And so he's been gracious enough to join me to be able to share some of his insights and what might be helpful for you as you're trying to explore options for your child. So welcome.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:01:47]:

Dr. Yu. Yes, sir. Thanks for having me.

Len Arcuri [00:01:49]:

Thank you. And I think I'm a little bit selfish here because my son had moderate to severe autism, has progressed tremendously and he's in a wildly different place now. But the thing that's never moved for us is his life threatening allergies. And that's when I first started hearing about IBU as an approach. So I'll hand it off to you to just, if you're trying to just kind of at a high level explain this particular opportunity, I think that would be very helpful.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:02:17]:

Yeah. So I think the best way is to explain how often do you Change the oil in your car, right? Well, just tell me, supposed to do.

Len Arcuri [00:02:27]:

It like every six months, something like that.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:02:28]:

Yeah. What if you never change it? What's going to happen to your car's engine? Eventually?

Len Arcuri [00:02:32]:

Yeah, it's going to burn out.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:02:33]:

Yeah, because you know, the oil, it gets dirty, it's thick, it clogs up your components and the engine is going to fail. Well, that's how your blood should be changed or cleaned, you know, frequently. Because a lot of toxins and pathogens we get from the environment, vaccinations, adjuvants, poisonous food we eat, the poisonous air, chemtrails, you know, all the medication. People urinate in the water, atrazine in the water, you name it. So the body, it can't filter all that out. So you have to physically take it out of the body. And that's what IBU does. So, you know, people have probably seen on Instagram, but you know, you would sit in a chair like this, okay, like the little gentleman there in the glasses.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:03:25]:

And we take blood from one arm, it goes through a filter that traps in mold, viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, spike proteins, inflammatory proteins, and then we saturated with ozone, which disinfects the blood and oxygenates it. And you can see the before blood is dark, thick, toxic, the clean blood is detox, thinned out and highly oxygenated. And then the ozone of course is going to kill pathogens and boost your immune system and that'll heal itself, you know, in terms of allergies, over activation of histamines, mast cells, that's autoimmune disease. Immune system is, you know, upregulated. So we want to have all this anti inflammatory, reduce oxidative stress, stimulate your body's own stem cell healing mechanisms and then down regulate the immune system for something like that. Add quercetin, things like that.

Len Arcuri [00:04:22]:

Got it. And so generally though, the body is basically innately equipped to be able to detoxify and handle everything, but it's just in the current environment, it's so can't.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:04:32]:

Do it on self.

Len Arcuri [00:04:32]:

It's so incredibly powerful.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:04:33]:

That's why people get kidney failure and that's on the rise. Kidney can't keep up with filtering all the toxins and then people with kidney failure. It's funny, this looks like dialysis, right, because we're cleaning the blood, but it's more powerful because we're adding the ozone. And some machines, we actually add UV light which further irradiates the blood and that also charges your mitochondria, stimulates NAD production without Having to add it, which is great. Yeah.

Len Arcuri [00:05:00]:

And those different ingredients you're talking about, like something like ozone, can be very healing in the right dose. Right.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:05:06]:

Like so it has to be the right dose. We don't want too much of a dose. If you detox too fast, especially with vaccine injury patients, autism kids, Lymes, mold patients, they're very sick. You may get her reaction, like flu, like symptoms, nausea, or they might get a vasovagal response. You feel dizzy. And then we have to give them some Benadryl, dexamethasone to calm down. But yeah, we screen our patients and some people we cannot take. We test your hemoglobin and your blood sugar.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:05:38]:

I mean, if your hemoglobin is not at least 10 or 11, we can't take you. You'll probably pass out the procedure. So, yeah, there's a lot that goes on. Yeah, right.

Len Arcuri [00:05:46]:

So you screen patients to make sure they're fit and ready to benefit from the treatment. And in terms of what the process looks like, so can you just high level, what's involved? How frequently is somebody getting a treatment? Is it a one and done? Can you just talk a little bit about what the road looks like?

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:06:04]:

Yeah. You know, the body has, for adults, about 5 to 7 liters of blood, about 6 on average. So the trouble is we can only filter out about 2 liters at a time. So you have to do it three times, preferably once a week. For children, again, they're gonna have to be able to sit still for an hour and a half. So, you know, kids on the spectrum who are, you know, they can't, their attention deficit, they can't sit. It's gonna be challenging. We can calm them down with some cbd, you know, and sometimes that works as well.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:06:36]:

But primarily we treat adults.

Len Arcuri [00:06:37]:

Yeah, right, but, but if it's a child, they're gonna have to be okay with the IV.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:06:41]:

They have to be like, we got a 10 year old and their parents say, oh, he's good with IVs, he could stay still for hour and a half. Just give him a video game to watch or something while he's doing it and he'll be fine. Case by case. Yeah, right.

Len Arcuri [00:06:53]:

So, so that, that can work. But otherwise this is a treatment. And again, it's not specific to autism. This is, this is just generally for anyone, particularly if you're having any kind of condition where the root causes that chronic inflammation.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:07:06]:

Just like if you drive a cast gas car, you're going to have to change the oil frequently. If you have blood in your veins. If you have a heart, you need to get this done. Because what's the number one killer in the US or the world, really? The silent killer? Heart disease and stroke. There's no warning signs because, you know, when you got all the toxins, when you get glycated sugar that clogs up the interstitial lining of your blood vessels, it creates inflammation, it clogs up your arteries, your blood gets thick, then the body sends cholesterol to coat it. So cholesterol gets a bad rash, protecting it against the inflammation from the glycogen, sugar, and toxins. So if we can get that out, get the extra glycated sugar out, you know, the bad lipids out, all the mold, viruses, bacteria, toxins, then the blood could flow smoothly and protect your heart and your blood vessel.

Len Arcuri [00:07:54]:

So, long story short, if you're wanting better health, reduce chronic inflammation within the body, Cleansing the blood, basically, is this opportunity, and I think from an allergy perspective, can you help me better understand exactly how this might help with, like, my son's allergy levels. The peanuts, soy, and all that have been sky high, never come down, despite everything. Everything we've done.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:08:18]:

Yeah.

Len Arcuri [00:08:18]:

So how. How would this particularly. What's the matter?

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:08:21]:

Yeah, I think peanuts get a bad rap because my favorite food is peanut butter, but I have.

Len Arcuri [00:08:26]:

You have a peanut allergy?

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:08:27]:

No, I have the probiotic to digest peanuts. So the. The solution is not to avoid it. Well, yeah, you got to avoid it because he has allergies. Do you get anaphylaxis, doctor? You know, cut his. Cut off his airway. But we do a microbiome profile, and the lab is here. We send it to progenibiome, Dr.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:08:49]:

Hazen. So she'll do a stool analysis, and it's a very comprehensive, complete microbiome profile. So let's say you're missing a probiotic called bifidobacteria. That's the most important immune system probiotic. You're going to be more susceptible to colds, viruses like me. I got Covid twice. She tested my microbiome. You almost have no bif.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:09:15]:

So she did an implant of the bif, you know, a fecal implant. Yeah, and now I have a new immune system. It's amazing.

Len Arcuri [00:09:24]:

Wow.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:09:25]:

Bowel movements regular. No problem digesting things. I haven't really gotten sick since I had it, and then. So, yeah, the peanut allergy. If she could determine which probiotic they're missing and then give it to them, it could be a supplement, it could be fecal. Implant. It could be an enema or it could be a suppository. It's better absorbed when you put it up rectum because here that surpass the gut and acid and all that.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:09:57]:

Then you can start digesting foods you're allergic to and then the body won't have a reaction of too many mast cells and, you know, and allergies will start going down. Yeah.

Len Arcuri [00:10:08]:

Do you find that like, for allergies, particularly food allergies, that the typical ige blood tests are reliable or is it some other way?

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:10:16]:

You know, there's pcr, there's other tests to do it. But again, she's, you know, because she's a real GI doctor. She's not somebody. Oh, let's start a, you know, a stool test, you know, and just do it on the side she knows and, and she has like a bunch of clinical trials going on. So. Yeah, that's why we do it through her. Everyone should get a stool test from her, definitely. You got to see what type of bugs are in there and if they're in the right ratio.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:10:40]:

Because people like, oh, I take probiotics, I take akkermansia mucosinosa, I take acidophilus. Well, how do you know you're in balance? Because you could be creating an imbalance. Right. You got to test it first. Just like people who take like testosterone and growth hormone, they're not testing their blood to see their levels. It's insane. It's like bro growth science we're getting from YouTube, you know?

Len Arcuri [00:11:02]:

Yeah, well, it's well intentioned, but it's kind of wishful thinking. Unless you really know what's going on, it's. It's ridiculous to try to just add something. Hoping.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:11:10]:

Yeah, like people come to me who are vaccine injured from the COVID vaccine. Well, let's test your spike proteins. There's a lab core test called spike protein quant test to see, you know, the cow. Let's see after the IBU how much it's bringing it down and then we know how many evil treatments you need.

Len Arcuri [00:11:27]:

Right, Fantastic. All right, well, I know you're getting ready to speak, but as you're thinking about our listeners again, these are parents of a child on the spectrum or parents of a child with some other condition. Again, it manifests in different ways, but if there's one thing based on the work you do that would be really helpful for a parent to understand sooner rather than later. Other than what you've already shared, is there anything that comes to mind?

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:11:50]:

I just kind of like to talk to my patients and tell them, let's do things that are free, available and from God. Right? You can ground every day. When you ground, you know, by definition you cannot have inflammation because you're absorbing negative electrons from the earth and that puts you in an alkaline state. Because when you're in positive charge, you're exiocytic, you're more susceptible to pain. Inflammation is cancer, right? And then that'll create less inflammation in the brain. All right, you got to get some type of physical activity that they like. You know, I don't know if they're able to swim, bike, CrossFit. My first choice is some type of resistance training because then that stimulates bdnf, brain derived neurotrapic factor.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:12:39]:

You're building confidence, you're building strength and not just for young people. Because sarcopenia is the number one cause of death. When you fall and fracture, your hip gets infected and you're dead. Right. And then when you build more muscles, especially in your legs, you get more blood vessels. And guess what lives in the interstitial line in your blood vessels? Your stem cells. And then you get more stem cell production. You have more bone or bone marrow.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:13:02]:

And then the more stem cells obviously the more regeneration of your body. So let's use things that are free, of course, diet. It's hard to eat a clean, toxic free, pesticide, mold, virus, bacteria free diet. But you got to try your best eating organic and grass fed stuff. You know, luckily, you know, RFK Jr. Is going to clean up the food industry, but we got to clean it up ourselves first. And then we have what supplements you can take. You know, what are your vitamin D levels? D3 is the most more of a hormone than a vitamin, but that's a precursor to your immune system.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:13:38]:

You know, is your kid getting enough sunlight? Right. 11am you want that UVB light because it stimulates your melatonin. Because when light goes in your eyes in the morning, stimulates your pineal gland and that releases melatonin so you could sleep. All right, so all these things are available and it starts with light, starts with grounding clean air and water. And then if you're not getting the results you want, then you can try interventions like the eboo, the stem cells. We do, you know, hormone blood work optimization.

Len Arcuri [00:14:11]:

Fantastic. No, I think that was a great overview of all those foundational things that don't sound so sexy in terms of.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:14:16]:

And people forget. Yeah, like I will, oh, I forgot to ground. So it was just for a second, but I @ least planned my feet in the grass in my yard just to get some negative.

Len Arcuri [00:14:25]:

Electrons. Right.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:14:26]:

Right. Or I can go to the magnet map PMF and get it like that. But that's artificial and is expensive.

Len Arcuri [00:14:33]:

Yeah. So right now, the natural, easy, free foundational items, all those things that you mentioned, and particularly sleep, also doing whatever you can to prioritize sleep, that's going to be beneficial for you, the parent, that's going to be beneficial for your child. It's really exciting. Some of the cutting edge therapies and approaches that are out there and if they're a fit, they can be phenomenal. But not if you're skipping a lot of these foundational steps that Dr. Yu so eloquently gave the overview on. So I really appreciate you taking time to share this with our audience and again, including the show notes where people can find out more about.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:15:06]:

You. Yeah, they can go to my website, druboo.com. when you type it in, don't put a dot after the R, jusT-R-Y-O-O-E B O-O dot com. You can get a free copy of my stem cell book. It's a digital copy. And more information about the IBU treatments. Okay, one last thing. Just you'll get an I love IBU shirt when you come to the clinic as well.

Len Arcuri [00:15:34]:

Okay. And if you're listening, that's.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:15:36]:

Ilove. Yeah. And because I wanted to make it look like I love New York and, you know. Yeah, just cut the letters.

Len Arcuri [00:15:42]:

Down. Yeah. Well, you're a New Yorker.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:15:44]:

Right? Yeah, I was born in Long island, so.

Len Arcuri [00:15:46]:

Yeah. All right.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:15:47]:

Fantastic. All.

Len Arcuri [00:15:47]:

Right. All right. Well, thank you again, Dr.

Dr. Phillip Yoo [00:15:49]:

Yu. Yes, sir. Thanks for having.
