So many parents understand that food makes a difference. For themselves and especially for their child on the spectrum.
Eating clean is all about reducing inflammation – in the gut, body and brain.
Going “gluten-free” is often the first special diet people try. And it can make a huge difference for some people.
The good news is that there are so many gluten-free options today. In all stores and supermarkets, not just Whole Foods.
The bad news is that many of those products include lousy (even toxic) ingredients. So even though the product is gluten-free, that doesn’t mean it’s healthy.
The other ingredients matter!
